Rule 88
Non-discrimination
(1) Bidders shall not be discriminated on the basis of their nationality in procurement proceedings except in the case of clause (h) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Procurement Act.
(2) In the event that the bidder is unable to obtain any of the documents required according to the documents related to the bid, the relevant local body shall recognize the other documents submitted by him.
